- Vibration Plate: Fatigues and stretches tight muscles to support adjustments, and increases flexibility and metabolic rate. Helps with tight muscles, muscle and bone growth, flexibility and range of motion.

- Decompression: Decreases pain and helps heal damaged discs. Helps with bulged or herniated discs and nerve compression.
- Kinesiotaping: Stabilizes injuries while maintaining range of motion, reduces swelling, improves muscle performance and retrains movement patterns. Helps with sprains/strains, positive correction, sports performance and pregnancy support.
- Cox Flexion Distraction: We use a special table so we can traction your spine, opening up the spacing between spinal vertebrae and relieving pressure to your spine.
